Urgently required experienced SINGAPOREANS / PR Engineers for SM3D/SP3D Piping Designer in Singapore for project in Singapore. Positions open from 08.03.2017

JOB Description :

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a user of the SM3D/SP3D and 3D CAD modeling and 2D drafting system applicable to piping layout and design. • 3D Modeling & Routing of Piping from PFD's and P&ID's and Pipe Support Designing & Detailing and Pipe Isometrics & Spooling • Strong Experience in Piping Layout Preparation. • Ensure that 3D model design is carried out in accordance with procedures, requirements and specifications • Clash checking of various piping system and resolve the clashes. • Develop general arrangement drawings using SM3D/SP3D. • Generating Piping details and pipe support detail & drawings • Extraction of Piping Spool Drawings/Isometrics and Weld Map Drawings • Preparation of MTO • Well versed in ANSI, ASME, API & NACE Codes related to piping and in International Standards like DNV, ABS etc.     Type of Employment : Contract   Duration: 6 Months    Essential skills:-     • Minimum of 3 years experience as a user of the SM3D/SP3D • Knowledge of piping systems of Oil & Gas – Offshore/Rigs • Produce the various piping deliverables to the agreed schedule. • Apply recognized offshore / onshore engineering practices applicable to piping design and topside/plant layout. • Apply good interpersonal skills, liaising with members of other disciplines and departments. • Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to achieving the Vision and its associated requirements. • A thorough knowledge of the codes and standards and a good understanding of offshore engineering practices applicable to topsides piping design for oil and gas facilities. • Working experience on at least two major Greenfield projects offshore with a recognized company within the Oil & Gas Industry • Flexible working attitudes and availability to work outside normal working hours if required • Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
