Automation system for PVC film coating line. Coated film is used by the pharmaceutical industry for packaging. The line consists of components like unwinder with automatic splicing turret, winders with automatic cutting and changeover turret, bridle rolls, coating heads and heating and annealing sections. The control system consists of Siemens S7-300 PLC, HMI stations, Eleven AC drives with PID control for dancers. Temperature heating is controlled using PID by the PLC.

The scope of work included:

2. Software development .
3. Commissioning.
