This is a continuous mix bio-fermentation process. This bio-chemical reaction involves treating raw material (such as molasses), their storage and transportation. Various process parameters are considered for best productivity of the yeast cells. These conditions also ensure higher production efficiency, good product quality and require minimum initial as well as operating cost. The Extra Neutral Alcohol produced from the vacuum distillation technology meets most of the international quality standards for ethanol like US Pharmacopoeia, British Pharmacopoeia and Japanese standards.

Besides providing the regular control and monitoring system via the PLC & SCADA, the auto-report generation (various formats of Shift-wise, day-wise or period wise) make actual process conditions available that can be viewed and printed for further analysis and tuning.
