Migration / Upgrade of automation system from Semitic S5 to S7-400H system. The automation system controls all the processes of the chemical plant for manufacture of Styropor. This is the raw material for manufacture of Thermocol.

1. S5-115 H system with remote IO for poly section upgraded to S7-400H system
2. S5-135 u system running stand alone for D& F section upgraded to S7-400H system
3. S5-95 u system for weighing system upgraded to S7-312 system.
4. COROS as SCADA upgraded to PCS-7 ( WinCC-6.0)

System upgrade was executed with a production stoppage of only 4 days.
