This is a unique Customized & Low Cost System Solution given to Sterlite Industries.
The plant had separate S7-400 & S7-300 PLC with WinCC and Allen Bradley PLC with RS-View. The new centralized monitoring system brings all the SCADA functionality to one single WinCC station. The entire up gradation is done with no shutdown time since this is a continuous running plant. All RS View and old WinCC screens are replicated on the central station. Reports have been centralized from the new SCADA station.
The System has been commissioned without any Shutdown.
