Automation system for paper machinery with line speed of 300 MPM. In this system the raw material (Paper Pulp) comes from Pulper section and is feed into the dandy section where the excessive water from the pulp is removed by a suction couch roll. Then the paper is passed through Press section where the gauge of the paper is controlled by applying controlled pressure between the rolls. This paper is then passed through Dryer section which constitutes of hot rolls where the water content is made almost nil. The dry paper is then passed through Calendar section to give a glossy finish to the paper and finally it is wound on the Pope Reel.
