Automation system for Solvent batching and Hydrogenator.

Solvent batching system is use to transfer the solvent from storage tank yard to the solvent storage floors. There are five floors and eight different types of solvents. The floor and solvent are selected from ET125 HMI. The handshaking of the signals from HMI to PLC and vice versa is through Profibus.

Hydrogenator system is a reactor system. The set points of the materials are predefined as per the product. Operator selects the product recipe code from WinCC scada. Cooling of the reactor is done by the regulating valves with respect to the temperature set point.
