Automation of the manufacturing process for thermo sealing hoses and sheets. Line starts from extruder, after that material passes through fourteen zone oven with different temperature and line speed profile to get desired quality output.

The Material is carried through all the sections of oven through fourteen conveyors of various lengths. All conveyors have geared motor driven by MM440 drive and S7 PLC on profibus. The final product (either sheet or pipe) is then cut in desired lengths.

The Motion control drive, used for thirteenth conveyor communicates with S7300 on profibus and has cut to length application. Only the Ok product goes to the packing conveyors from the fourteenth conveyor.

The scope of work included:

1. Design and supply of control systems & cabinets.
2. Software development & Commissioning.
