Automation system for Grinding and Floatation plant. This process is used for the extraction of copper from ore. Hot standby System is used for CPU redundancy. Application software is developed in PCS7- V6.1 for monitoring. Operation of grinding and flotation plant is controlled by one ES/OS and four OS group. The system controls material handling, grinding and extraction of copper in flotation plant.
