This plant is one of the biggest producers of Di-Ammonium Phosphate / NPK in India having four different lines producing DAP/NPK continuously. This plant was earlier running on contactor based logic which was replaced with the Siemens DCS i.e. PCS-7. It was commissioned within very short shutdown period.

The system consists of S-7 400H with Server redundancy with 4 clients. Both the CPU’s are 250 meters apart communicating with Optical Fiber Cable from each other as well as Field IO’s.

The network Hardware firewall allowing specific PC of office network to access plant PC has been installed.

The scope of work included:

1. Design and supply of control systems & cabinets.
2. Software development & Commissioning.
