This plant controls Resin Oil process using PCS-AS-417-4 & PCS-OS. This project upgrades the existing PCS7-V6.0 to PCS7-V6.1 with process addition of two new reactors. Remote ET200M stations are added for the New Reactor IOs over Profibus. PA devices are added in Existing System.
Project involved understanding the the existing logic to make the necessary additions of new process logics. Production reports are generated in PCS7 OS. The entire upgrade is done with negligible shutdown time since this is a running plant.
