Automation system for a complete Paper Machine with sectional drives on Profibus and a controlling Simatic S7 PLC.

The line has six sections i.e. Couch Roll, Press, Dryers, Size press, Calendar & winder. Couch roll is the master in this line.

The Calendar & Winder are run in Speed & Torque mode. As per paper gauge, operator adjusts the draw from HMI or control desk.
HMI station is built on a WinCC platform.
