This is a Form, Fill, Seal system using Simotion-D425 with smart line module & booksize motor modules.

1. Draw or Puller
2. Horizontal Sealer
3. Cup Filler

For all the Drives position based Cams are generated with jerk limited profile. Due to Jerk limited profile mechanical life and smoothness of the system increases.

Technology software for Temperature Control is also used in Simotion. Printmark correction logic also implemented to achieve optimum performance of machine.
