FOX Veri – Mac 1 is the world’s fastest thermal trip verification machine for MCBs.
The machine is ergonomically designed and intelligently automated to deliver 1800 poles / hr with only one operator. Interestingly it also has one of the smallest footprints in the industry.
The machine tests Legrand’s Lexis series of MCBs / RCB poles ranging from 6 Amp to 63 Amp.
All test records are archived. Records can be filtered on shift /date / current range etc. The HMI is very user friendly. Trends of first pass yield, second pass yield, statistical information for QA like Cp, Cpk, Standard Deviation, etc are easily accessible.
